Top 10 biggest airline passenger annoyances
You know it, you're looking forward to a relaxing flight to Bangkok, maybe you can doze off for a while. But then your holiday fun is rudely disturbed by crying children on board the plane, in short, annoyances for air travelers.
At least 27 passengers on an Aeroflot flight from Moscow to Bangkok were injured when the aircraft suddenly encountered severe turbulence 40 minutes before landing on Monday morning. The injured suffered multiple broken bones and bruises, among the victims are both Russians and foreigners.
More airline passengers misbehave during the flight
In 2016, Dutch airlines reported a record number of passengers who disrupted order at the airport or in the aircraft. Last year, the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) received 985 reports about this so-called 'unruly pax'. In 2015, there were 723 reports.
In 2016, Dutch airports reached the 70 million passenger mark for the first time. A year earlier, Amsterdam Schiphol and the four regional airports processed 64,6 million passengers.
