Bangkok police are desperate and want to increase traffic fines

The Bangkok police are at their wits' end when it comes to traffic congestion in the capital. The problems on the 21 busiest roads must be solved. If that fails, Chief Commissioner Chakthip of the Royal Thai Police wants Prime Minister Prayut to use Article 44 to significantly increase traffic fines.
