The monsoons have finally come, creeks and rivers are filling up and quickly filling the many pools in the area. The entire region is in summer mode, tropical and abundantly green due to the alternating weather pattern of sun and rain. Ideal for the old monitor lizard that warms up nicely on the banks of the small river and takes in the surroundings.
