Since a few months we have internet from TOT. I have not opted for the cheapest connection and pay 524 Baht per month. I am not satisfied because the connection during the day is very bad. I wonder if I'm the only one?

Moving within Thailand, what about internet connection?

At the end of this month we will move to another province. We currently have internet via TOT with monthly payment on the 22nd of the month and wish to keep TOT. How should I proceed to continue my connection at our new address? Or do I have to cancel my current contract and enter into a new contract locally?

TOT, a great company!

When you see the tangle of electrical wires outside, you are actually surprised that you usually have electricity or internet. I have been a customer of the TOT for 25 years for my telephone and internet. It hardly bothers me that this doesn't work every now and then. I am annoyed by the fact that it is hardly possible to complain. A completely unreachable phone company.

Having access to the internet is now just as self-evident as being connected to the supply of water and electricity, for example. You only notice how much you depend on these kinds of facilities when the supply falters in one way or another. So it happened to me, at a very unfortunate moment my internet connection was lost.
