I am planning to travel to Thailand in March and enter with Visa Exemption and understand that I will then have to quarantine for 11 days before continuing on to Lamphun. In Lamphun I would then like to apply for an extension of 30 days. During this period, twins will be born, my twins.
Thailand Visa question No. 279/21: Non-immigrant O – Thai child
If I apply for a Non Immigrant O visa in The Hague (November 12) based on my Thai son, I would only need a copy of his birth certificate as far as I can see on the site. Yet I think I have seen on this site or Thai Visa that an ID and legalized house registration is also required. Is there anyone who knows what I really need?
Thailand Visa question No. 211/21: Visa father Thai child
I am over 60 years old and have a child in Thailand who is over 20 years old (she has a Thai birth certificate written in Thai on which I am listed as the father). Now I want to apply for a 3 month visa.
Thailand reader question: Put Thai child in my name
I would like to have my adopted son in my name. His mother cannot/will not take care of him. She is my wife's sister. She has 4 children, all from different fathers, but has not taken care of any of those children herself. Heavily addicted to gambling.
Here is my experience with applying for a visa extension based on taking care of a Thai child. I used to have an extension based on Thai marriage, but my wife passed away last September.
