After booking the SHA+ hotel do I have to sign a declaration?
After my booking of the SHA+ hotel (Grande Center Point Hotel Terminal 21) I received the following threatening letter by email. Did others also receive (and fill in) this with the hotel booking?

I am normally used to completing my hotel bookings through Agoda or Booking.com in 10 minutes. Welcome to the world of the Thailand pass. It has already taken me half a day, and 3 days lead time, to find something I like – a hotel with adequate meals and good cancellation policies. All in all a lot of hassle to book 1 night in Bangkok.

I am looking for a SHA+ or an ASQ hotel in Bangkok. It is for the mandatory 1 night quarantine. I do see hotels for decent amounts. 100 euros pp is really the cheapest. Does anyone know of a hotel for a nicer price including airport pick-up and PCR test?
