Just on my way to drive my rental scooter from Chiangmai to Mae Rim when I have to stop in front of a horde of police officers. Apparently the bottom of the bonification pot is in sight and it needs to be replenished. Neatly show my Dutch driver's license, but the agent in question is not satisfied with that because I have to show a Thai or an international driver's license.
