From October 1, all airlines must refund the price of an airline ticket within 7 days if a flight is cancelled. That is the term that the European Regulation also prescribes.
KLM flight tickets exchangeable for a refundable voucher
From now on, KLM customers can request a refundable voucher free of charge and for any reason for KLM airline tickets with a scheduled departure before or on March 31, 2021. Customers then have the choice to use this voucher to buy a new ticket or request a refund.
