Is there the possibility to hand over the dogs to an employee of a dog boarding house upon arrival in Bangkok so that we can collect them from ourselves after the mandatory quarantine?

Are there differences in what you are allowed between the different ASQ hotels during quarantine? I hear these messages around me. Some were allowed to go outside or to the gym for an hour after the first test. An acquaintance of mine has been locked up for 10 days and is not allowed to go outside by the hotel staff.

Friends of ours will soon be released from the 14-day quarantine in Bangkok. Now the receptionist knew with certainty that they had to “sit” for another 14 days upon arrival in Pattaya. I think the hotel, where they have served 14 days, provide papers from that quarantine and that they were negative with the last test. Surely this is enough to travel to Pattaya? They go directly from Bangkok to their own condo, so everything is arranged, right?
