As you advised, I went to Bangkok Hospital in Kohn Kaen for a second opinion and tests. I was advised to stop taking Metformin and Irbesartan. What remained was Nifidipine 20 mg, Pantoprazole 40 mg, Warfarin 2,5 mg, and Tamsulin 0,4 mg.

Just an update. I went to the clinic again and asked for the names of the medicines that the doctor had prescribed for me. This did not go without a fight, the doctor had to give permission first. They also wanted nothing to do with the recommended 24-hour urine test. The discontinued drugs Metformin and Irbesartan on his advice were replaced by Glipizide and Sodamint.

My Creatinine was measured and according to the doctor it was shockingly high. Will I be dealing with kidney failure?
