Thailand question: Getting married in Belgium?
I have a girlfriend in Thailand, for the sake of clarity we are both in our fifties. We would like to get married, but the (strict) hassle in Thailand with the embassy is quite time-consuming and I don't always have the time to go there for the arrangements (work). My question is, if my girlfriend is with me in Belgium with a tourist visa, can we also start the administrative mill here in Belgium to get married in Belgium?

I am getting legally married in Thailand in September. I wish to have a separation of property contract drawn up in Thailand Bangkok before marriage in consultation with my future wife. I have property and two children from my first marriage, that's why.
