If you change from a Tourist visa to a non immigrant O wool, they ask for proof of last 3 months rent. Does it seem difficult if you arrive correctly with a Tourist visa?

My husband and I are looking for a condo in Pattaya. Period mid-June 2020 to mid-December 2020. We like to be home during the holidays. Preferably a condo on Beach road view talay 6 or the Riviera on Naklua Wong Amat. A condo of about 40 m2 because it is still for 6 months .. and with option for the following years.

A new law should better protect tenants of condos and houses in Thailand. The law was passed thanks to the Office of the Consumers Protection Board and published in the Royal Gazette on 16 February.

March 2015 our first Thailand trip will take place. Lots of interesting tips obtained through this site. We will conclude our trip through Thailand (3 weeks) with a few days on Koh Samui. I prefer to travel with a scooter. We are staying at the Baan Samui hotel.
