I am in Thailand about 7 months a year and about 5 months in the Netherlands, ie just across the German border near Roermond and not a Dutch resident. The 'blood thinner' acenocoumarol has been used for 10 years in connection with the pacemaker that was placed in 2009. I regularly check the INR value with a Coaguchek and with the weekly dose of 16 mg it is usually between 2 and 3, the desired value.
I urgently need help. My father had a cerebral hemorrhage and is in a coma, now the situation is stable. He officially lives in the Netherlands but has a condo and bank account in Pattaya. And also bought a car.
