Khao Moo Daeng is a traditional Thai dish that stands out for its distinctive flavors and colorful presentation. Literally translated, Khao Moo Daeng means “rice with red pork”. It is a hearty meal consisting of steamed jasmine rice served with roasted or grilled pork marinated in a sweet, sticky red sauce.
