Reader's question: Have it written in a blue booklet
Recently I wanted to be added to my Thai wife's blue book, and also request the yellow book for myself. Taking all the documents to the Amphur in Pathai, I got the message from a municipal official that the person who approves it will be in Bangkok for about 90 days due to a meeting.
