Those who want to enjoy Belgian cuisine can go to the Belga Rooftop Bar and Brasserie of the Sofitel Sukhumvit in Bangkok. The Belgian chef has more to offer than fries, waffles, beer and chocolate, for which our southern neighbors are best known. The new menu, created by hotel executive chef Nicolas Basset, focuses on seasonally delicious Belgian ingredients.
