The first weekend of the European Union Film Festival in Chiang Mai is over. We have seen a few wonderful films, but unfortunately in barely filled rooms.
European Union Film Festival 2017 in Thailand
As in previous years, a film festival organized by the European Union will soon take place in Thailand, highlighting a variety of cinematographic genres with 13 films from 11 EU countries. The films offer an enriching learning experience of European identities and cultures.

Michelle Yeoh came to visit Hua Hin
She turns 50 this year, but still looks radiant. Her role as Aung San Suu Kyi in The Lady was made for her (beautifully). You guessed it: it's about Michelle Yeoh, born in Malaysia as Yang Zi Chong in 1962. She also played the leading role in the Hua Hin Film Festival, which took place in this seaside town in recent days.
