I have been going to Isaan for 3 years and I married my wife there. Not legalized yet. Am 67 years old and retired. In 2012 I had a successful liver transplant and I am now taking 2,5 mg Advagraf (active ingredient Tacrolimus). I also use a beta blocker because this drug raises blood pressure. It is now normally 70/125. Due to narrowing in the veins, I also use a blood thinner and other medicines.
