I want to have my double condo in Viewtaley Jomtien/Pattaya completely renovated. I've been busy drawing and describing everything for weeks, but I'm really dreading the renovation itself. Does anyone know a professional contractor who does a good job and can organize and delegate and does what has been agreed?

An English acquaintance of mine needs money. He has two condos and wants to sell them. He has been working on this for two years, but so far he has not been able to sell them. He has since dropped them in price quite a bit. A Dutch friend is interested. He wants to buy 1, and offers me a mortgage with favorable terms to buy the other.

We bought a condo in the name of my husband and I and it will be completed in a few months. I have a question whether it is wise, now that we are both still fit, to also transfer the condo to our son's name upon delivery to prevent problems for our son when we die? Does he automatically become the owner in that case according to Thai law or do we have to arrange more?
