Reader question: Obtaining a Certificate of Residence (RO22) before filing a declaration
Does anyone know if I can get/apply for a Certificate of Residence (RO22) while not filing a tax return yet? I have only been in Thailand for 2 months and will be applying for a marriage visa in a month. I do already have a Thai ID. I would like to have this statement in order to receive an early pension from the Netherlands tax-free.
