The title of this post should not be taken literally. It is not a city, but the name of the world's largest open-air museum in the province of Samut Prakan. The founder of this is the famous Lek Viriyaphant, who also has the Erawan museum in Bangkok and the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya to his name.
