Police arrest Dutch man in Bangkok for extortion business partner
The police in Bangkok have arrested a 34-year-old Dutch man on charges of extortion. He is said to have hired two Thai men who were instructed to extort two million baht from a business partner. JW van der V. was arrested on Friday, but denies the accusations.

Gang blackmails drivers with bumper cars
