Cheap solution for Dutch telephone subscription?
Just before I moved to Thailand at the end of 2019, I converted my NL telephone subscription to Aldi talk for 10 euros per year, in order to keep my NL number active. I just got a message that Aldi is stopping and they recommend me another provider for 4 euros per month.

I want to give the mother of a friend of mine my disused phone as a gift. Great phone, Android 5.1 She can use it for years to come. but she has no WiFi.
