René has enjoyed living in Thailand for over twenty years, surrounded by sun, culture and hospitality. Despite the paradise life, he missed the taste of home – especially the beloved filled cakes. An adventurous attempt with his daughters to bake these themselves grew into a thriving business, making Dutch classics now loved throughout Thailand.
