Walking Street – Pattaya (video)
It is perhaps the most talked about street in Thailand: Walking Street in Pattaya. The street mainly attracts curious foreign tourists and is therefore comparable to the red light district in Amsterdam.
The area includes seafood restaurants, live music venues, beer bars, discotheques, go-go bars and nightclubs. Walking Street runs from the south end of the beach to the Bali Hai pier.
In 2010, unfortunately, a hideously large video screen was placed at the beginning of the street, you can't miss it. Fortunately, a number of famous hotspots have remained unchanged, such as the Beer Garden (just before Walking Street) and the famous Bamboo Bar on the left at the entrance to Walking Street.
The area will be closed to traffic from 18:00 PM to 2:00 AM. You can park your car at the end of the Bali Hai pier.
