Directly opposite my condo, on Thappraya Road in South Pattaya, construction is underway on the highest apartment building in the area: Grand Solaire. It will be a condo building of no less than 67 floors with an area of 14,5 Rai (approximately 23.200 square meters). They are currently working on the 8th floor and it is already high, so that promises something.
The Grand Solaire in Pattaya is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025. This building, which will hold the title of the tallest building in Pattaya, will offer panoramic views of the city and sea, including the beaches of Jomtien and Pattaya, and Koh Larn.
The complex will consist of many luxury apartments with different layouts ranging from one to three bedrooms. The apartments will feature modern materials and technologies, such as marble tiles and fingerprint scanner for access, highlighting the quality and security of the facilities. The bedrooms offer panoramic views and the bathrooms are equipped with an electronic sanitary system and intelligent lighting.
Grand Solaire Pattaya's facilities include a parking garage, garden/barbecue area, gym, library, sauna, 24-hour security, several swimming pools and a tennis court.
The cheapest apartment will cost 2,5 million baht, for the most expensive apartment, with a private pool, you will pay 36 million baht.
According to insiders, the building is an investment project by a German investor.
Preparations have been going on for a while, but now things are going fast. I live about 50 meters away. There will be noise pollution for a while. I do not experience such a residential tower as an enrichment. I've lived here for a long time. There was once a lot of space, but I have seen it slowly but surely being filled up. Thapraya road is of course also becoming busier, but that is progress. Despite all the construction efforts, there are many empty apartments in the area and actually in the whole of Pattaya.
Dear Bram, then we are almost neighbors, I am in The Axis.
Hi Peter, that's right. I am in a small complex in soi 9. If you would like to come and visit sometime, please send an email. Sounds nice to me. I think you have my address.
I will. I'm still busy with work this week, but I'll send you an email next week.
