Culture and Nature in Surat Thani (Video)
Now a video about Surat Thani in the south of Thailand. This destination has a lot to offer for both nature and culture lovers. Surat Thani was once the center of the Buddhist kingdom of Srivijaya.
The Khao Sok National Park and Ratchaprapa Dam are well worth a visit as well as the beautiful nature and beautiful landscapes. The district of Chaiya, offers archaeological sites from the ancient Srivijaya kingdom. You will find remains here that would be just as old as the Khmer Angkor civilization.
