Schengen visa question: Applying for a Schengen visa again

Dear Rob,

In February of this year, I successfully applied for a Schengen visa for my girlfriend, partly thanks to the extensive information in the Schengen file.
Early next year we want to apply for a visa again. Which documents etc. I need for this, is clear to me.

As mentioned in the checklist-for-visiting-family-friends we have added 3 certificates, namely:
– Certificate of Divorce
– Certificate of First Name Change
– Certificate of house and registration

Can I add the same certificates to the next visa application? Or do we need to reprint them?

Regards,

Fred

Dear Fred,
Since these facts/data have not changed, you can simply submit the same papers as last time. The checklist does not request a new printout, otherwise this would have been explicitly stated.
Probably superfluous: by attaching a copy of the passport with the previous visa and travel stamps, and also stating the V-number (alien number) with the application, the decision-making officers will be able to easily link the current application to the history already in the system.
It is good that the Schengen dossier was a good help. Feedback is always welcome.
Yours faithfully,
Rob V
