    I don't see "bicycles" anywhere. Nice bike tours are offered in Bangkok, but you also have cycling clubs in Hua Hin and I have already spoken to a Dutchman who organizes bike tours: Hua Hin -> Saam Roi Yot or Pak Nam Pran…

    Visiting various caves is also very interesting in Thailand. Some caves are located high on a hill and can be reached via a long staircase, others are deeper underground. I myself know Kanchanaburi and the surroundings of Hua Hin, but because Thailand is mountainous, there are still many places where you can visit.

    Besides visiting temples, there are also many historical places with ruins of temples and palaces. The most famous is Ayutthaya..

  2. Traveling by car. Sniffing up local traditions, if you are lucky enough to have good acquaintances in Thailand.

    Chatuchak a StreetFood market?
    Chatuchak is 100x more than just a street food market. A market so big that you cannot see everything even in 2 days, the deeper you walk into the market, the more obscure it becomes. To cockfights, and the most obscure/rare animals are for sale. (Like it or not). Indeed, it is fun for tourists in terms of street food and (souvenir) clothing, but skip that and go into the darker "depths" and you will see the most interesting things.

    Oh, and for (cultural) music lovers… Go to a Morlum, Murlum Sing, or Luk Thung festival. And if it is not nearby, many cities have a Tawan Daeng club (or something similar). Mingle with the audience, have a snack, and let the music wash over you. In no time you will have contact with the (already half drunk) Thai.
    Don't like the music... The atmosphere inside compensates for it all. (Provided you don't come too early, because then it is initially "just" a restaurant. The live performances start a little later in the evening, and only then does the large audience walk in, order a bottle of HongThong/Samsong, with some bottles of coke and/or soda and an IceBucket;
    Do you want to go back to the hotel/house/B&B; Bolt/Grab are usually ready to take you.
