On August 21, an NL reader wrote that he was in vain at the SSO Laem Chabang to sign the Proof of Life. They wouldn't do it again. I made inquiries with the SVB in NL via their website and promised to let you know the answer.
Well now, received their reply today and it reads as follows:
“In response to your question regarding the agreements with the SSO for OLB, we inform you: We are not aware that anything has changed in these agreements, but we cannot provide you with any further information about the agreements between the SSO offices. to inform.
You may contact SSO Headquarters to ask your question regarding the office in Laem Chabang.
SSO Headquarters Nonthaburi, Telephone number: 02 9562183, 02 9562184, 02 9562185 Website: www.sso.go.th/wpr/eng/contactus.html"
So don't panic, nothing has changed. As another reader later wrote, it may be due to the Corona situation. He wrote that the SVB has suspended the request for proof of life until sometime in October. Indeed, you can read on the SVB website:
“Proof of life” postponed. Due to the corona measures, the SVB has decided to temporarily not send the 'proof of life' form from April 2020. Until October 1, 2020, no forms will be sent for the time being. This has no consequences for the payment of pensions, benefits and contributions to costs. Payment continues as usual. Even if you cannot return the 'proof of life' in time. If necessary, we will contact you in the meantime by telephone or e-mail.”
It is clear that the official in Laem Chabang may be working at a different desk.

When I inquired via e-mail with the SVB, I received the answer that I could expect the Levensbewjs 2020 in January 2021. To have this done by a civil-law notary, I did not receive an answer and sending the forms Life certificate by e-mail did or the SVB does not.
