Reader submission: Another hospital for registration of Covid-19 vaccination foreigners
Since July 16, a hospital has been added to the website where you can register for Covid-19 vaccination as a foreigner living in Thailand. It is the Medpark Hospital on Rama 4 road in Bangkok.
https://thailandintervac.com/
My registration went smoothly. You can fill in a registration form via the link on the above website. Below that is a day where you can choose the time.
Within two minutes of submitting the form, I received confirmation from the hospital.
For me it was a day in early August. Waiting to see if it will work….

That's right, I visited the website this morning and registered for 17/8/21, but was possible from August 14. There were still many days and blocks of time available.
Indeed, a confirmation of the booking within 2 minutes. However, it is not stated which vaccine it concerns.
So trying to book 60+ I would say.

This whole vaccination thing is starting to look like a lottery, many hospitals are not getting the desired amount of Moderna, if they ask for 10 million, then only 5 million. comes, of which also 1,1 million. goes to the red cross and other hospitals, then there is not much left for the 7 million who have registered for this, it is now, which people will receive a (Moderna) vaccination and who will not, and may have to wait until next year, also I am registered at 3 hospitals in Bangkok (Moderna and Pfizer), and am waiting for the redeeming message in my mailbox,
I get the message: this form is not available. The usual Thai BS.
The above link is incorrect, at least, I registered with this hospital via another link, namely this one:
https://www.medparkhospital.com/en/page/covid19-vaccine-expats
Went really fast and you can choose day and time.
Vaccine = Astrazeneca
Fix: the link I gave appears ALSO up https://thailandintervac.com/ to stand. So KhunEli was correct.
'This website is currently unavailable'.
Yes, I signed up for that too and received one within a few minutes
confirmation for Aug 8
But further down was Asia/Jakarta, so I wrote whether this is for Bangkok
is and not for Jakarta
Haven't heard anything else yet
Among other things, this is stated in the message:
As of today, the AstraZeneca and Sinovac vaccines are available.
The designated hospitals available for pre-registration include:
1. Phyathai 2 Hospital
Pre-registration: 12-16 July from 09.00-12.00 hours only (via phyathai2international.com)
Vaccination Period: 19-30 July 2021 (except weekends)
2. Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital(The hospital has fully booked. The next pre-registration will be open in August)
3. MedPark Hospital (Pre-registration: https://www.medparkhospital.com/en/page/covid19-vaccine-expats)
Note: The operating hours to pre-register depend on each hospital.
Just tried at the MedPark hospital, but form not available. Apparently outside opening hours, although this is not mentioned in the message, such as at the Phyathai 2 hospital.
Try tomorrow morning at good luck between 09.00:12.00 and XNUMX:XNUMX. Incidentally, I had already registered there, but was unable to make an appointment and they would message me later. You can guess when later.
Even today it is not possible to book.
Apparently they are already full just like the other two.
Yes, my attempt today was also an attempt without success. Form not available again. MedPark does not state anything about days and times.
I got really tired of all that circus, those humiliations, that discrimination, that mismanagement and those lies. Believe I have made 7 attempts to register but never with any result. It was always something. The site did not work or was taken out of service or everything was (supposedly) full.
Also able to reserve a Moderna vaccine and made a prepayment of 3800 Baht, but no certainty there either. Maybe October or maybe Spring 22.
There is a good chance that the vaccines ordered and paid for by the Farangs will ultimately end up in the arm of us Thai knows us Thai.
I've been in Belgium for three weeks now and can get my second injection of Moderna next week.
I think that is what the Thai government is aiming for. Making it as difficult as possible for the Farangs until they see no other option than to get vaccinated in their native country. Mission accomplished and low cost solution for Thailand.
I suppose flying back and forth for a sting won't be bad for the climate.
