Reader question: What to ship from Thailand to the Netherlands
Dear readers,
Am now in Bangkok and want to ship some big things to the Netherlands, does anyone have a tip for a company that can do that? I would be very grateful. This includes a roll of thick transparent plastic of 1,60 long.
I've been to the post office but the roll can be a maximum of 1,50.
Regards,
Harrie
Hello Harry,
I think this is possible with DHL Thailand, just don't know the prices they charge for this
questions, up to 150 cm. you can check the website, or just drop by DHL and you will know immediately, you can also take a look at the UPS website, they also send larger packages,
Jan
You write 'shipping' so you are looking for sea mail. Look for Logistics or Freight Broker. Count on 2 months shipping time.
Thanks tomorrow I will go to the chatuchak market, know that there are shipping companies there, but actually look for opportunities to send things with a container, share a container,
Please contact this company, they will take care of the clearance and transport of my container in Thailand for me, so they can also do it the other way around...

Hello Harrie, Please contact DAMCO in Rotterdam via their website. They have an office in Bangkok.
Do not know the address in Bangkok so easily. Kind Regards, Pada
Bangkok is full of freight forwarders, who can transport this as Less Container Load (LCL together with others in the same container).
Via Merzario – R;dam (who will have to arrange things further here = [email protected] attn Esther) or directly in Bangkok.
e.g. mr. preecha [email protected], Tel. 0066 2541 4144
Thank you all, this is useful to me, that's why I'm so happy with Thailandblog, I'm going to work it out, I've already sent several emails to the companies.
We find sending 30 kilo boxes so expensive joke, UPS 8500 Bath, DHL 9500 Bath, FEDEX 10500 Bath,
you may have it at home with a day or four, but you don't need it right away.
Thanks again for your tips.
Gr Harry
Mail Berkman Forwarding from Barendrecht, they will help you and for a reasonable price
Kind regards, Miel
