Buy land in Prachuap Khiri Khan to start a B&B
Dear readers,
Who oh who knows there is a piece of land for sale of about 200 to 350 SQW. Or a villa with at least 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with pool or space to put one. No mobile.
Located in Prachuap khiri Khan. Want to start something nearby. B&B. Budget 10-15 million.
No matter how well-intentioned, but no silly reactions of too expensive, no money to be made, nonsense and cannot buy land in your own name, you will not get rich, not paying too expensive insurance and all those bitter arguments of the "say more mature experienced aged experts”.
We are a couple with more than common sense.
Regards,
Mars
Dear Mars,
From your writing I understand that you have already read a lot about buying land and/or a house, since you are quite familiar with the reactions you could get. It also seems to me that you have never read a reaction that you have something to do with. could. That's why I find it a bit strange that you ask your question on this forum.
If you are a couple with more than common sense, why not use a local real estate agent or something? Surely they will know much better than the reactions you could get in this forum…
Dear Harry,
Thanks for response.
Have regularly read and selected comments here on the Thailand blog, think of tips for purchasing locations, etc. etc.. I have even made good friends by staying in touch! And of course we are also making agreements with a real estate agent.
But your question is why we post a message here?
Because someone recently reminded us to post a message here asking to buy land because there is often land for sale from people who do not offer it for sale through an estate agent, but can often be the most beautiful places.
We also do not sell everything with a broker in Belgium, correct me if I overlook that someone has offered land for sale here on Thailand blog.
I hope I answered your question Harry.
Yours faithfully,
Mars
Harry, why react so negatively again? Like many of us, we have a Thai partner or we have friends and acquaintances from this area. They usually know more than a real estate agent and that always saves on purchasing costs.
If I hear or read something, I will certainly share it without attacking those people.
Dear Jack,
Thanks for response.
You hit the nail on the head!
This is exactly what we mean.
Should you hear or see anything?

hello we have a restaurant with guesthouse swimming pool etc on 6 rai land with nice garden in hua hin we want to sell half and cooperate you guys the restaurant and guesthouse and we arrange atv bumberboats crazy karts etc etc
I would first look into the situation with permits .. because you may need a hotel license .. There are currently a striking number of B & Bs for sale .. perhaps nervous owners who are afraid of the law enforcement here ..
Is your other half or better half thai/thai? If not then ……. fill in yourself. Good luck anyway. Because there is always land for sale. The only question is: at what price?
https://www.ddproperty.com
Is enough land for sale because most places there are not very touristy. Prices vary. Best way to find cheap land is through the locals there. you can also find that on FB pages (usually in Thai also the name of the page, so you have to find it by linking to Thai who are also there. and FB marketplace. I always find a lot of regional and 'unknown' country with that. brokers usually means you don't get Thai prices….Good luck.
Dear jv irish
Thanks for the advice, the real estate agents know their prices..

Just go to the local village head with 1 million in hand, and before noon you are already at the register ...
Dear Mars,
In my hometown of Ban Krut there are several plots for sale that certainly meet your criteria.
Some of which even directly by the sea.
Ban Krut does not have a real estate agency. One usually just places a sign on the plot,
If you give me an email address or phone number, I can give you some more information.
My e-mail address is known to the editors.
Ben.
Dear Mars,
Nice of you to ask this question, my wife and I just made a final decision last week to sell our house and land.
What you ask fits almost 100% with what we have to offer, a modern high-quality built villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 fully equipped bathrooms, 2 living rooms, extra toilet at the terrace, enough space for a large swimming pool, large terraces, very spacious kitchen, double garage, workshop, sprinklers in the garden, walls around the entire plot, own wells, etc.
The ground area is 1.1/2 Rai, is 2.400 m2. The title deed is a Chanot Daeng, so that's fine.
However.. the villa is not in Prachuap Khiri Khan but in Rayong Province. Don't go into too much detail about what is booming here, just mention a few facts that make our villa extremely suitable for your B&B. Very favorable environment, such as beautiful nearby beaches, expanding U-Tapao airport around the corner, new highway in a far-reaching extent, distance to Pattaya 30 km., high speed train to Rayong has already been decided and everything else your heart desires in the immediate vicinity. An environment where we continue to live.
If you want to know more, don't hesitate to contact us by email: [email protected], we will send you photos and provide further explanation of what is possible here, villa excellently suited for your objective and fits very well within the budget you mention.
Hope to hear from you, willing to provide any information required.
Sincerely,
Nico B
