About 2 years ago I went to a urologist in BKK because of a burning sensation when urinating; he diagnosed a urinary tract infection and gave me a course of antibiotics that actually helped. However, the burning sensation when urinating came back last year when I was on holiday in the Netherlands, the urologist here had an MRI scan made and a prostate biopsy done. This showed that according to the TNM classification I have cancer stage T3 and a Gleason score of 4+3=7.

My girlfriend Sue is Thai and has both a Thai and Dutch passport. She is currently staying in Chanthaburi, a 3,5-hour drive from Bangkok. She will return to the Netherlands on April 3. About 8 months ago I had some stomach problems, a lot of belching, feeling full and air in the esophagus that made swallowing difficult. Sometimes also violent shocks at the stomach entrance.
