Moving the household effects from the Netherlands to Thailand

In about 12-18 months we want to move to Thailand permanently. Many things that need to be arranged are now clear to me. It is still a puzzle, how to deal with moving part of our belongings? Not that we want to take everything with us now, but there are things that we want to take with us. Especially things that are still fairly new. We also want to bring the necessary equipment that is younger than 3-5 years old. Our home is already prepared in terms of mains voltage and sockets.

On February 3, I will apply online (TM 47) for a 90-day notification. The date to register again was February 4, 2024. On February 5, I received an email that my application had been rejected, reason = incomplete. On February 8 I go to the immigration office, my 90 day notification is processed manually. The date to report back is now May 9. So everything's fine on that front.

My ex-partner has been back to Thailand since December 2023. However, she was struck by a so-called Young Stroke (stroke) in 2022 and is now on lifelong medication of Clopidrogel and Atorvastatin, each one tablet once a day. She currently still has stock from the Netherlands, but at the end of February she will have to purchase this herself in Thailand.
