Some days an Englishman went to the immigration office in Nakhon Ratchasima because he came back from England later and his retirement had expired. He wanted another one. They said tomorrow your landlord must report here. Landlord had to fill in a TM 30 form and there was another Englishman who also just came back from England. Who also rented from him. And he also had to fill out a TM form.

Yesterday I ended up in a restaurant in Pattaya Avenue, opposite Soi 13. It is nicely centrally located, well 'in the loop' and the front facade consists entirely of glass, which benefits the approachability. That has been thought about.

In Laos, groups of Chinese entrepreneurs are busy drilling hundreds of tunnels and building bridges to connect the other Asian countries. However, a nasty detail! Laos does not have the money to finance this 420-kilometer route, so China "borrows" it. If the repayment is not made, Beijing will step in to finance the first loan. The Lao collateral consists of agricultural land and mining concessions. Thus, Laos economically exports itself to China.
