A special house in Thailand for only 6.500 euros. Steve Areen realized his dream.
He built his dome house on an organic mango farm in the northeast of Thailand. He did this in just 6 weeks with the help of Hajjar Gibran, a Thai friend and his son-in-law.
According to Steve, the base cost only 4.300 euros. Including the finishing and purchasing of furniture, the project will cost a total of 6.500 euros.
If you are also interested, Hajjar Gibran has a dome construction company in Thailand where you can follow workshops to build your own dome house.

Good to know that tastes differ and everyone has a different dream.
Nice house and hopefully in a quiet but not too remote place. Well done because renting is wasted money. Never rented in my life, and always lived for free, and often makes nice money when selling.
A compliment for this adventurous piece of construction.
And all that for just under 6500 euros.
that is now about 300000 Bath.

Nice and warm in there?
Nice cottage. My girlfriend also quickly commented that it would probably be very warm inside, but I suspect that the hood is open at the top and that this is a vent. I just think it won't be too hot without air conditioning.
What I don't like is the clogged stove. It looks nice when new, but you can probably only live in it as a foreigner if you don't cook much yourself. Thai cooking, like at my house, is actually only possible if you have a Thai outdoor kitchen. Bake some chili in that house… then everyone will walk….
This is the house I dreamed of, I would like to buy it tomorrow but I'm afraid it's too far from civilization, the human forms make me feel at home
