Most Thai students get their knowledge about sex from the internet. Too little is known about safe sex and there is a lack of proper information, according to the Comprehensive Sexuality Education Study of the Center for Health Policies Studies at Mahidol University.
After the Internet, films and television are the main sources from which young people get their knowledge about sex. In schools, sex education is mainly taught in the form of lessons (80 percent) and only 20 percent through group discussions or role plays.
The average age when students have sex for the first time is 14 to 15 years old when they are in Mathayom 2. At least 17 percent of students in general education are sexually active and 40 percent of students in vocational education. Two-thirds say they have had safe sex during their last sexual activity.
The research also shows that students do not learn enough about methods of birth control and that their knowledge is insufficient.
The study surveyed 8.837 students and 692 teachers.

I assume that the age of 14-15 applies to the boys?
Girls are usually a bit older as far as I know, but maybe this is different in the city.
Or the boys start very early, but probably not with a girl.
It may also have to do with the research, because you will not find many girls in vocational education.
It is not a regular thing , but girls of 14 years old occasionally get married in our village and that is not because they are pregnant . The boy is usually a bit older. I live in NE Isarn .
Sometimes children get married as toddlers (in the temple, not before the law).

Then that marriage becomes compulsory, because although the law allows sexual intercourse from the age of 15, the boys involved will also end up behind bars for a few months if the girl's parents go to the police.

A fair share of the children do not live with their parents and are then cared for by their grandparents. They apparently don't communicate in this area either. So that result was to be expected.
