Golf courses in Thailand now also as Alternative State Quarantine facility

The Department of Health will announce next week which golf courses will be designated as Alternative State Quarantine facilities. The possibility to combine your Quarantine with golf only applies to golfers from low-risk countries. Six golf courses have signed up for the program.

The golfers must provide proof of booking from the golf course and a certificate proving they are virus free. The Thai embassy will issue a Certificate of Entry (CoE) on that basis.

During the quarantine, the golfers will be tested for the virus three times. If they are infected, they go to a hospital at their own expense. Caddies are also subject to the same requirements.
