In the past eight months, 3.664 complaints have been submitted to the hotline for misconduct by government employees. Of these, 157 cases were classified as a crime of office. NCPO spokesperson Sirichan announced this yesterday.

The complaints include the discharge of waste water into waterways, preferential treatment for certain people when building roads, giving false information about benefits to farmers and providing emergency kits to flood victims.

1.758 cases have been submitted to the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office for government action. The 157 cases that are regarded as a crime of office are presented to the court.
