Patients from Bang Saphan Hospital are evacuated to Prachuap Khiri Khan Hospital as parts of Bang Saphan and Bang Saphan Noi districts are flooded. Five schools are closed.

In Hua Hin, officials and officers helped affected households and motorists after hours of rain. The main roads of the city were flooded.
