Logistics is not exactly a strong point of Thai governments and companies.
In short: this is not going to work because real thinking is needed to make this work (checking the 2 hours, many entrances to count people, who decides when no one can enter anymore? When can the next people enter?). And the workplace is obeyed, not thought.
And why aren't the malls open as usual? It wasn't busy before the crisis and with the current finances it won't be really busy either. Keeping distance from the other shoppers can't be a problem, I think.

In uttaradit last Friday on the grounds of a school and partly mueng main building an “example” market for how it should be done.
Stalls at 2 meters, C-shaped footpath in two directions and separate walking directions. A plastic screen for the stalls, you could indicate what you wanted. was neatly packed and handed over to you with a kind of gripper tongs, but first pay in the same way. Oh the money is NOT washed or disinfected. But yes, I am a grouch.

At the exit, both the exit and the entrance were blocked by a man or 4 hut mutje and shoulder to shoulder, Before the group a man and woman or six from the province who neatly explained to the group why a market should look like this and one must keep a distance of 1.5 meters. I cleared my throat for a moment and spread my arms to indicate what was about five feet.

        Replied with laughter.

Went to get sandwiches in Friendship last week..farang came and stood next to me and just pushed me aside.
Few people in Central..there are no more tourists..so..I go very early and see 3 or 4 customers.
Really disastrous .. when will the tourists come again .. no one knows and the shops open on Sunday .. too expensive for the Thai.

How are you going to maintain 2 hours? Take photo/copy ID? And when 2 hours have passed, how are you going to track down the “offender”? Or is a log of arrivals and departures made per customer? And if the customer leaves through a different entrance/exit?
In short: nice idea, isn't it.
