The Thai government reports on Wednesday, 9 new infections with the corona virus (Covid-19). No persons have died from the effects of the infection. This brings the total in Thailand to 2.947 infections and 55 fatalities.

The new infections concern four new cases in Phuket, three in Bangkok and two in Samut Prakan.
