Technical and human failure in AirAsia crash in Java Sea
Technical and human failure led to the crash of an Indonesian Airbus A320 operated by Air Asia at the end of last year. All 162 people on board were killed in the accident. This is what the Indonesian researchers have concluded.
According to the researchers, the pilots reacted incorrectly to a technical defect in the on-board computers that control the course of the flight. A failure in that computer that had happened before led to the failure of the autopilot.
When the pilots tried to fix that problem, they made mistakes that caused them to lose control of the plane. The plane on its way from Surabaya to Singapore crashed into the Java Sea on December 28.

I don't want to say too much, but the computer in which the malfunction was already faltered many times (also stated in this message) and due to laxity, the problem was not solved. It turned out to be a bad (soldering) contact.
I assume for a moment that it makes sense that the autopilot is turned off when the computer is reset. Sad that so many people lost their lives….
If a computer malfunction had happened before, it was not a technical failure, but a human failure.
That computer should have worked fine, or shouldn't have been on that plane.
After the failure of the on-board computer, it was possible to switch to manual steering without any problems. Pilot training is simply much worse here.
There is too little cooperation between the first officer and the Captain, that's just how it goes here.
The captain thinks he knows everything and the first officer is just an errand boy in his eyes.
Those are the relationships here and that is more than bad for cooperation.
Several aircraft have already crashed because the first officer did not dare to open his mouth against
a superior.
In Europe that is a completely different matter, there people just work together, resulting in good results
mutual relationships. And it is assumed that two know more than one.
My daughter is a pilot on a 777 and says, you better not fly with people trained in Asia.
When I say no to my Captain it's just no.

This means that due to insufficient maintenance, technical defects arose, after which the pilots failed to anticipate and correct. Now people, rightly or wrongly, don't fly with Asian airlines unless they have a good reputation over the last 5 to 10 years like Eva Air, China Air, Singapore Airlines,
and a few Arab companies.

why isn't a list published every month with the names of companies that are lagging behind
with their maintenance obligations and or other necessities that promote flight safety.
When, after an accident, I see those sickening faces of the responsible management, who hypocritically state in a statement that they cannot yet report anything about the cause, while they do know that their fleet is unsafe and they let it fly anyway!!!!!!
Or as with the A320 Airbus, a plane full of people is piloted by a bunch of poorly trained idiots. This entire management must be immediately taken to court, with only ONE charge,

But because of the corruption these mongols just get away with it. It is a shame that in 2015 this is still possible and still happening.
And actually 1 more question what is being done for the victims' families? How are they shipped off?
