In many places Loy Kratong will continue, as long as it takes place without festivities around it and only the “boat” is launched in a sober way.
This also applies to Yi peng in changmai, was decided yesterday by governor changmai, mayor changmai and in consultation with thai tourist organization.
And does anyone know what it is like in Bangkok and Hua Hin at the moment? With all due respect to the Thai of course , but is everything ready in the evening or is there gradually some life back ?
In Hua Hin almost everything is open but modest.
Came back from Bangkok yesterday. People are dressed in black. Bangkok is dead at night.
There is no music and in many places no alcohol is served in the nightlife. In the hotel bars, by the way
will the Loi Kratong festival in Sukhotai continue?
The Thai Premier League has been canceled with 3-4 games to play, Muang Thong Utd are now champions, will play AFC Champions League next season and Bangkok Utd finished second and will play AFC Champions League qualifying round next season, these teams were no longer in the game. in the rankings, so there will be no protest about that.
The teams of Army Utd, Chainat Hornbill and BBCU are now relegated, BBCU (ranked 18) has no chance to stay in it anymore so that's not a problem, but Army Utd and Chainat Hornbill in 16th and 17th now have 30 points and clubs in 14th and 15th position Navy and Samut Prakan now have 31 points, 13th place Sisaket 33 points and 12th place Pattaya Utd 34 points, so that might be discussed.
Concert Tono 23-10 Stollberg cancelled, new date in 2017
Last year and also this spring we were in Bangkok for a few days. Twice we visited the 'Wat Arun' temple and each time it was still in the scaffolding (at least part of it). Next spring (28 02 to 08 March) we will be back in Bangkok and is there anyone who can tell us whether the restorations, including the removal of the scaffolds, have already been completed. We are quite photo fanatics and still want some photos without all those propositions or works.
How is Walking Street Pattaya? Halloween festival is it going on?
Is it already certain that the New Year's celebration in pattaya will not take place?
Have been going to pattaya for more than ten years .and now would be the first time on new year.
Dear Philippe, it clearly says: New Years Celebration Pattaya, so in good Dutch: New Years celebration, read the article carefully, good luck.
