Consular office hours Chiang Mai on Thursday, February 8, 2018
The embassy intends to organize a consular consultation hour in Chiang Mai on Thursday 8 February for Dutch citizens who want to apply for a passport or Dutch identity card or have their life certificate signed.
If you would like to make use of the consular office hours, please register before 30 January 2018 by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
During the consultation hours you can apply for a (new) passport, Dutch identity card and for signing your life certificate for pension-paying institutions such as the SVB. It is not possible to request consular certificates.
After your registration you will receive more specific information about the location, the time, the application you wish to submit and the required documents.
