Dear readers,

The adult son of my Thai partner (F+ card) with whom I legally live together in Belgium wants to come to Belgium permanently and wants to move into his own home and work here.

What are the conditions and procedures?

Thanks for the responses.

Regards,

Harry

Go to the town hall and ask for the necessary information there. You can also inquire at the Belgian Aliens Office. There you will get the correct information.

Take a look at the website of the Agency for Integration & Inburgering (AGII, formerly Agency Crossroads for Migration and Integration). See agii.be

In the Netherlands that will not work, they say it will and you ask it to you paid 200 euros and the answer is no, change with article ... 200 euros gone because the child is over 18 years old, then she must be able to fend for herself in Thailand.

Boudewijn, the original question is about Belgium, right, or am I wrong?
