Dear readers,

We have already made a first shipment of our household effects from NL to TH, which went completely smoothly thanks to Windmill. Now I'm thinking about doing a second shipment. Are there people who have experience with this or does it go just as smoothly as the first shipment?

Regards,

Rob

Here on Thailandblog is the experience of one Rob.
He made a first shipment and it went well!

Hello Rob, do you still have space in the container? I would like to have something sent. You can email me at [email protected]

2nd shipment can normally no longer be imported tax-free.
Tax can be almost any amount, almost impossible to estimate and household effects are only unloaded when sufficient payment has been made.
Still, just be a little careful.

    Dear Rob,

In 2015, we had the first part of our household effects shipped via Windmill. Good service, reasonable price and no problems. We also shipped the second part via Windmill in 2018. Slightly cheaper even, same service and no problems at customs. Both times we paid a price per cubic meter. The demand for additional space in the container is therefore not an issue.

Possibly the transport will now be slightly more expensive because the container price is higher now.

If you have further questions? Feel free to contact us.
