Dear readers,
For my holidays I have been going to my beloved Thailand for over 20 years. I have been retired since last year. For the first time I was able to stay in Pattaya for a longer period of 3 months. I liked this very much. Then I rented an apartment.
It is of course quite costly to pay double rent every 3 months. I rent a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms in the center of Tilburg.
My question now is, are there any readers in Thailand who would like to exchange their home with me for a period of time? I think this is a suitable solution for both.

Hello Tan,
I would like to point out that you cannot just sublet a rental property in the Netherlands. In most cases this is clearly stated in the rental contract.
If you rent from a housing cooperative, there can be huge fines and even eviction.

This is not about subletting, but about temporary home exchange.
For example: Someone owns or rents a house or apartment for a longer period of time in Pattaya Thailand, but wants to come to the Netherlands for a shorter period of time, for example to visit family or friends.
I rent an apartment for a longer period of time in Tilburg Netherlands and want to go to Pattaya Thailand for a shorter period of time.
