Reader question: Flight ticket Bangkok and experience with Finnair business class?
Dear readers,
I am looking for a flight ticket to Bangkok on the internet. Normally I fly with Etihad in business class now I see the prices of Finnair. Does anyone have experience with this airline in business class? Do they also have dinner on demand?
I would like to see your answers.

otherwise fine and little or no difference with klm
in recent years i fly almost exclusively with finnair biz class to AMS. very comfortable, partly due to the figuration of the seats: everyone has their own little world, especially if you choose 'window seat'. in addition, the connection from HEL to AMS is excellent: a short walk, and never wait longer than 1.5 or 2 hours for the connection. because of the superfast polar route BKK/HEL, this means that, in terms of time, you don't lose many more hours than with the direct flights with Eva/Klm. in addition, the service is superior: excellent food, fine wines and a good entertainment offer. in addition, the price is generally significantly better than that of KLM. so a win/win (..unless you still save those Delft houses..;-).
I sometimes say : 'finnair biz class is like the KLM biz class was…20 years ago' : small company, strong own identity, proud of their product. and you will still be treated as a valuable customer.
I have been flying with FINNAIR business class for years, better than KLM and short transfer times in HEL.
Before departure you get a menu card and a drinks menu, also free WIFI on board, the staff in the Business is good and not arrogant. I fly Finnair 2 x a year.

Is to fly to thailand and far east.
Their business class is top notch in terms of service and food.
The loyalty program is the best in the world.
You can almost always upgrade if you want.
